This artwork is part of a series exploring space and mixed reality. The complexity of semi-transparent layers imbues the piece with a sense of confusion. Multiple realities are blended in this work through the transparency of object forms, distorting space with vibrant hues. The silhouette of a person on a bicycle represents a random resident from Birmingham, whom I outlined while creating the artwork. The fusion of the rational and the unconscious is achieved through textures and forms.
